Grooming

Grooming plays an important part in the overall care of your dog. We will recommend the breed standard clip or close to it as possible and will help you choose which style best suits you and your dog. There are a variety of very nice clips for mixed breed dogs.

In cases of severe matting, your dog will need to be clipped back short. Hair does grow back, usually very close to the texture it was before. If your dog is clipped, we will give you tips on how to keep the new hair healthy and beautiful as it grow back to your desired length.

Your dogs coat is fully prepared before bathing, and then washed twice with a professional shampoo designed especially for your dogs coat type and colour.

The coat is dried thoroughly and then clipped to the style of your choice. Ears are plucked and cleaned, toe nails trimmed and the hair between your dogs pads clipped. If you'd like, we can finish your dogs coat off with a lovely scented coat shine.

Full groom:

Includes bath, dry, brush out, anal glands, nail trimming, ear cleaning, coat clipped and hand scissored to the style of your choice.

Includes bath, dry, brush out, anal glands, nail trimming, ear cleaning, sanitary areas trimmed & tidy up of face & feet.
